MAKE THE PERFECT CUP AT HOME
In a saucepan or brewing pot, slowly stir the specified measure of your Erbista powder (see below) into 200ml of your choice of milk over low heat until warm. Do not boil as you will start to burn off the adaptogenic properties and alter the flavour. If you are making one of the Erbista matcha blends you will need to strain out the leaves. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
A great tip is to start by turning the powder into a paste inside the pot with a little bit of milk and a whisk. Then add the rest of the milk while slowly combining the mixture. Click here for accessories to help you make the perfect brew
Combine the specified measure of your Erbista powder (see below) to 200mL of your choice of milk using either a milk frother or blender.
