DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to process and dispatch all online orders within 48 hours. Once your order is ready to send you will
receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking number. Delivery times are
based on orders placed between Mondays-Fridays.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sundays and public holidays are processed on the following business day. Where a parcel is
returned to us because of incorrect or incomplete address details there will be
an additional postage charge of $6.95 applied to resend your parcel.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You should expect to receive your order within 3-5 business days when choosing our flat rate shipping. Western
Australia, N.T and rural areas can take up to 10 business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You should expect to receive your order within 1-2 business days. WA, N.T and rural areas can take 2-4 business days.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Domestic shipping costs are calculated at checkout. You should expect to receive your order within 5-7 business
days.

We provide free standard shipping on international orders over $100 AUD

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may or may not be applicable depending on the country you
are ordering from. Erbista does not have a responsibility to cover these costs if they incur. 


BACKORDER

If you purchase a product that is on backorder any other products within that order will also be placed on hold
until all products are available to be shipped out.

Returns

We stand by our products and their quality and we know that you will love them as
much as we do, however in the event that you are not happy with your product
the below outlines our returns, exchange and refund policy.

Our returns policy is only applicable to purchases made through our web store via
www.erbista.com

We use Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Eftpos, Shop Pay and Union Pay.

REFUNDS

To qualify for a refund;

  • You must contact us within 30 days from purchase date
  • The products must be returned to the Erbista returns address outlined below
    at your own expense*
  • Returned products must contain no less than half of the items volume

*A refund will not include original shipping costs or return shipping costs unless
the product has been agreed on as faulty or not fit for purpose

If the 30 day period from receipt of purchase has passed and you wish to
request a refund, please email us to discuss.

Refunds will not be processed until the original items have been received by Erbista. A
confirmation email will be sent once the returns have been received.  


EXCHANGE AND/OR CREDIT

To qualify for an exchange or credit;

  • You must contact us within 30 days from purchase date to discuss
  • The products must be returned to the Erbista returns address outlined below
    at your own expense*
  • Returned products must contain no less than half of the items volume

*A refund will not include original shipping costs or return shipping costs unless
the product has been agreed on as faulty or not fit for purpose

To exchange a product you will be given a store credit to the same value as the
original purchase price (excluding original shipping costs). You will then be
able to use this credit to purchase an alternate item.

Unwanted gifts, change of mind or unused products do not qualify as reasons for exchange
or store credit

If the 30 day period from purchase has passed and you wish to request an exchange
or credit, please contact us directly to discuss.

Exchanges or credits will not be processed until the original items have been received by
Erbista. A confirmation email will be sent once the returns have been received.
 


DAMAGED OR FAULTY STOCK

As per Australian Consumer Law if your product arrives and is damaged or faulty in
a way that makes the product unusable please contact us within 30 days to
discuss the return of your products.


International Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

Any local taxes and duties that may have incurred when entering your country will
not be reimbursed by Erbista as these are managed and collected by the local government.
