matcha tea

A Japanese green tea powder made from finely powdered dried tea leaves. It has a slightly bitter, grassy taste and a vibrant green colour that results from the leaves’ high chlorophyll levels. Offers a megadose of powerful antioxidants. Also contains a variety of vitamins, including vitamins A, B, C and E.

Australian medicinal bush herb. Made from the dried and crushed leaves it has a subtle sweet liquorice flavour. Antioxidant, anti-bacterial, anti-microbial. Rich in Vitamin C and D, Magnesium and Folate. A great natural digestive aid. 

We use 100% Australian organic butternut pumpkins that have been pureed and then dried. Providing a sweet pumpkin taste. Drenched in good nutrition, offering lots of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, protein, and fibre.

A fruit native to South America and nicknamed the “gold of the Incas”. Used as a traditional remedy in South America for centuries. Due to its sweet taste, it’s used as a healthier alternative to table sugar and other sweeteners. Contains less sugar but more nutrients than table sugar. More specifically, it has about half the carbs and 75% less sugar than the same amount of table sugar. Lucuma powder also offers a relatively good amount of both soluble and insoluble fibre, unlike most other common sweeteners, such as table sugar promoting good gut health.

A member of the hibiscus family, Rosella is common throughout Queensland and northern parts of Australia. Despite not being a native Australian plant – it was introduced from Africa thousands of years ago – it’s been used by Indigenous Australians for generations as medicine and food, due to its high antioxidant properties. Offers a tart taste.

We use a touch of cardamom as well as a shimmer of ginger to complete this marvellous flavour experience.
