Matcha Mallow Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of Peeled Almonds
  • 4 Dates (cover in hot water then drain)
  • 1 heaped teaspoon of Erbista Matcha Mallow (Sifted)
  • 80g of Sugar Free Dark Chocolate (Melted)

 

Method

  1. Blend the Dates, Almonds and Erbista Matcha Mallow in a blender until combined and dough consistency is formed.
  2. Roll dough between your palms into small balls.
  3. Dip the balls into the melted Dark Chocolate and place onto some baking paper.Place in the fridge to set.
  4. Place in the fridge to set.
