

Matcha Mallow Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of Peeled Almonds
- 4 Dates (cover in hot water then drain)
- 1 heaped teaspoon of Erbista Matcha Mallow (Sifted)
- 80g of Sugar Free Dark Chocolate (Melted)
Method
- Blend the Dates, Almonds and Erbista Matcha Mallow in a blender until combined and dough consistency is formed.
- Roll dough between your palms into small balls.
- Dip the balls into the melted Dark Chocolate and place onto some baking paper.Place in the fridge to set.
- Place in the fridge to set.
