A fruit native to South America and nicknamed the “gold of the Incas”. Used as a traditional remedy in South America for centuries. Due to its sweet taste, it’s used as a healthier alternative to table sugar and other sweeteners. Contains less sugar but more nutrients than table sugar. More specifically, it has about half the carbs and 75% less sugar than the same amount of table sugar. Lucuma powder also offers a relatively good amount of both soluble and insoluble fibre, unlike most other common sweeteners, such as table sugar promoting good gut health.

We have included some monk fruit sweetener (a replacement for sugar that doesn't effect glucose or insulin levels), a small amount of cinnamon and salt to stabilise the flavour, and some cacao butter for an extra silky finish.
