We use a 95% bio-curcuminoid extract turmeric in our blends, a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant rich superfood. We recommend first activating the powder by stirring in a small amount of warm water to create a silky syrup. Then add your favourite milk and froth, steam, blend or heat over the stove. Golden Grove also goes amazingly in a smoothie, simply add a spoon to your blender for a hit of sweet gingery goodness!
